Ian Tidder
Chief Executive Officer
Ian Tidder has a 25-year track record in IT and telecoms. He began his career at British Telecom following an executive fast-track programme. Subsequently he consulted for the telecoms and finance industries (Siemens and Santander Bank were among his clients) before co-founding Computaris in 1992. In a trans-European career, he has been based in UK, Germany, Poland and Romania and speaks fluent English, German and Polish.
Ian Tidder has a first-class degree and Faculty of Science medal for Computer Science, an MA with distinction in Politics from London University and a diploma with distinction in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
Bogdan Danila
Chief Technology Officer and Business Unit Director
Bogdan Danila is responsible for the Consultancy and System Integration Business Unit for Computaris Group. He joined Computaris in 2002 as a Senior Consultant, where he led telecom related projects and got involved in the company’s management at various levels.
Bogdan is a graduate of Automation and Computer Science at Bucharest Polytechnic University and has started in telecoms in 1998. First at Ericsson, then at Computaris, he built his technical background in numerous telecom software development projects. He held various positions from Software Engineer to Head of Development and was involved in tailoring the process for software project delivery for multinational projects. Bogdan holds an MBA with finance specialization from Bucharest School of Management and Ottawa University and a diploma in Company Direction from the UK Institute of Directors.
Raluca Rusu
Business Unit Director
Raluca joined Computaris in 2002 as Senior Consultant and she is currently Business Unit Director, managing several key accounts. Raluca held different positions in the organization, from project management to head of development and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for project delivery and quality management. She believes in the power of teams that adhere to clear goals and the unbeatable capacity of people to adapt and grow.
Raluca holds a BSc in Computer Science from Bucharest Polytechnic University, a PMP certification from the PMI and a diploma in Company Direction from the UK Institute of Directors.
Michal Misiaszek
General Manager Computaris USA
Michał Misiaszek joined Computaris in 2001, working at customer sites worldwide as support engineer, before shifting his career into development and project management. During almost a decade of his employment at Computaris, Michał held many managerial roles in the organization, merging strong technical knowledge with management skills. Since August 2008, he has been the General Manager of Computaris Poland and, starting from January 2012, he is General Manager of Computaris USA, Michał’s current responsibilities being to expand Computaris’ presence and to develop Computaris’ business in USA.
Michał started his career in the telecoms area in 1999, joining American Management Systems’ office in Portugal. There he was a member of the team developing a custom pre-paid billing system for Vodafone Portugal, and later worked as a billing integration expert at a fix-net operator in Lisbon. Michał holds an MSC in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology, Kraków.
Adrian Chitu
Finance Director and General Manager Computaris Moldova
Adrian Chitu is responsible for the financial operations of Computaris Group. He joined Computaris in 2001 as a Senior Software Engineer and then developed his career through various management positions in finance, HR and general management, including the position of General Manager of the Computaris expertise centre in Moldova.
Adrian holds MSc in Computer Science from the Faculty of Mathematics in Bucharest and a diploma in Management from CODECS.
Cristiana Iavorschi
General Manager Computaris Romania
Cristiana has 9 years experience in Computaris, where she began her career in telecoms. She started as Software Engineer and grew to various technical positions in telecoms area, from Consultant and Senior Consultant, to System Architect and Telecom Expert. She began her managerial career 5 years ago as Project Manager, continued as a Team Manager and Delivery Manager, and then became General Manager Computaris Romania.
Cristiana has graduated Computer Science at the University of Bucharest in 2000, with a Master diploma in the same area. Her current focus is people management, nurturing Computaris’ key asset, its human capital.
Tham Kok Kee
Deputy General Manager Computaris Malaysia
Tham joined Computaris Malaysia in 2011 as Team Manager, managing the local delivery team. Since 2012, he is Deputy General Manager of Computaris Malaysia, where he is also responsible to expand Computaris’ presence and to develop Computaris’ business in the APAC region.
Tham spent many years with Fujitsu Malaysia, started off as system engineer before shifting his focus into technical presales and project management. Here, he was exposed to many different sectors including government, financial and telecommunication. Tham studied Computer Science at the HELP University in Malaysia.
