Board of Directors and Members of the Executive Team

	Ian Tidder - CEO (co-founder) Ian Tidder has a 25-year track record in IT and telecoms. He began his career at British Telecom following an executive fast-track programme. Subsequently he consulted for the telecoms and finance industries (Siemens and Santander Bank were among his clients) before co-founding Computaris in 1992. In a trans-European career, he has been based in UK, Germany, Poland and Romania and speaks fluent English, German and Polish. Ian Tidder has a first-class degree and Faculty of Science medal for Computer Science, an MA with distinction in Politics from London University and a diploma with distinction in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
	Bogdan Danila - CFO and Chief Business Development Officer Bogdan Danila is responsible for financial operations and business development for Computaris Group. He joined Computaris in 2002 as a Senior Consultant, where he led telecom related projects and got involved in the company's management at various levels. A graduate of Automation and Computer Science at Bucharest Polytechnic University (1995), he has got involved in telecoms since 1998. First at Ericsson, then at Computaris, he built his technical background in numerous telecom software development projects. He held various positions from Software Engineer to Senior Project Manager and was involved in tailoring the process for software project delivery for multinational projects. Bogdan holds an MBA with finance specialization from Bucharest Business School and Ottawa University and a diploma with distinction in Company Direction from the UK Institute of Directors.
	Raluca Rusu - COO Raluca Rusu joined Computaris in 2002 as a Senior Consultant and currently holds the position of COO. Her experience includes software development, system integration and project and program management. Raluca holds a BSc in Computer Science from Bucharest Polytechnic University, a PMP certification from the PMI and a diploma with distinction in Company Direction from the UK Institute of Directors.
	Irina Arsene - Chief Key Account Officer, General Manager Computaris Romania Irina is General Manager of Computaris Romania. She joined the company in 2004 and held management roles in the Support and Development departments before joining the executive management team. Irina holds a BSc in Computer Science and in 2008 graduated with a Romanian-Canadian MBA, specialized in Marketing. With eight years' experience in the telecom domain and hands-on experience at all levels, Irina has acquired an all-round understanding of the field. Her current focus is people management, nurturing Computaris' key asset, its human capital.
	Dr John Wolstencroft - Non executive (co-founder) Dr John Wolstencroft co-founded Computaris in 1992, and in subsequent years established a reputation as a technologist for innovative software architectures adding value to mobile networks. Today, he participates as non-executive director in Computaris, as part of his portfolio of activities as an entrepreneur and private investor in technology and other fields. He holds a BSc with first class honours and a PhD in Computer Science from University College, London.

Executive Team

	Corina Bulucea - Marketing Director Corina Bulucea joined Computaris as Sales and Marketing Director in 2007. She is responsible for leading the company's international corporate new business and emerging market expansion efforts, developing and growing the company's partner programme and directing the company's marketing activities, including strategic marketing, communications, positioning and market intelligence. Corina brings 10 years of experience in channel sales and brand management in the telecommunication and consumer electronics businesses. Prior to joining Computaris, Corina held a channel sales management position with Vodafone Romania. She holds MSc in Marketing and an Executive MBA from Washington University.
	Michał Misiaszek - General Manager Computaris Poland Michał Misiaszek's responsibilities are to expand Computaris's Polish presence and to develop Computaris's business in Poland and the surrounding region. Michał also manages the product development strategy for Computaris group as Director of Product Management and leads a multinational team of support engineers as Director of Support. Michał started his career in the telecoms area in 1999, joining American Management Systems' office in Portugal. Here he was a member of the team developing a custom pre-paid billing system for Vodafone Portugal, and later worked as a billing integration expert at a fix-net operator in Lisbon. He joined Computaris in 2001, working at many customer sites as support engineer before shifting his career into development and project management. Michał holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology, KraKow.
	Adrian Chitu - General Manager Computaris Moldova As General Manager of Computaris newest expertise centre in Moldova, Adrian's goal is to establish and grow Computaris presence in the CIS region. Adrian joined Computaris in 2001 as a senior software engineer, and since then has developed his career through various management positions in finance, HR and general management. Adrian has eleven years IT and telecom experience, having previously worked in R&D and as a senior software engineer for Vodafone Romania. He holds MSc in Computer Science from the Faculty of Mathematics in Bucharest.
