XOX Redefines Convergence for Mobile Services by Implementing Highdeal and Computaris
XOX launches next generation mobile services with convergent payment methods in Malaysia
Kuala Lumpur - Computaris, a specialist in consultancy,
system integration and software development for the mobile telecoms
industry, and Highdeal, the world's leading provider of

solutions, announced today that XOX Sdn Bhd, Asia's first next generation
regional integrated telecommunications service provider, has deployed the
Computaris' Convergent Charging System (CCS) as its convergent billing
platform. The Highdeal TransactiveR full-suite is managing the prepaid,
postpaid, and hybrid accounts.
With the Computaris and Highdeal converged
billing platform, XOX has
become the first telecommunication provider in the region to offer mobile
payment and access convergence. XOX services unify the mobile and web
experience, providing users with multiple channels of accessibility to their
mobile and web services. XOX selected the Computaris and Highdeal solution
to ensure that users will be able to seamlessly access their mobile services
through both an internet and a mobile device based web services platform,
with the convenience of a unified account - be it a postpaid, prepaid or
hybrid.

Computaris celebrates the official launch of its third Competence Centre in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova
Demonstrates commitment to customers and technology development in Eastern Europe
The Chisinau Competence Centre will play a critical role in extending Computaris development and collaboration capabilities across a wide range of commercial partnerships in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. It will represent an important pillar in Computaris's drive to excellence, improving its capacity to provide the quality and flexibility required by the rapid telecom market developments in this geographical area.
The Competence Centre will further extend the company's reach and expertise, by leveraging the local talent pool of highly qualified and motivated telecom engineers in Moldova.
The Competence Centre official opening was held on 25 September 2008 at the residence of His Excellency John Beyer, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Republic of Moldova. Distinguished guests included representatives from local communication providers, technical universities and business environment alongside the business media.

Michał Misiaszek appointed General Manager for Computaris Polska spółka z o.o.
Michał Misiaszek has been appointed to the position of General Manager for Computaris Polska spółka z o.o., the Computaris group's Competence Centre in Poland. In his new position, Michał's goals are to develop Computaris's business in Poland and the surrounding region and to expand again Computaris's Polish presence. Michał continues to be responsible for the Computaris group's product development strategy as Director of Product Management and leads a multinational team of support engineers as Director of Support. Michał will be supported on the board of Computaris Polska spółka z o.o. by Monika Borkowska. The group CEO Ian Tidder also sits on the Polish board of Computaris and Michał will report directly to him.
Michał started his career in telecoms area in 1999 joining American Management Systems office in Portugal where he was a member of team developing custom pre-paid billing system for Vodafone Portugal and later worked as billing integration expert at a fix-net operator in Lisbon. Michał continued his involvement with telecoms when he started working for Computaris in 2001. At Computaris he primarily worked at many customer sites as support engineer shifting his career into the development area and project management. Michał holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of Cracow. In his spare time Michał dreams of space travel: he is a graduate of the International Space Summer University in Canada. Born a Cracovian, Michał lives in Warsaw with his wife and young daughter.
Michał replaces the former General Manager of Computaris Polska spółka z o.o. Piotr Ciski who will leave Computaris employment on 31 October 2008. Piotr was an employee of Computaris since January 2001 and General Manager of Computaris Polska spółka z o.o. from January 2004. In his most recent post Piotr helped to grow Computaris's Polish operation and implemented a successful restructuring plan which prepares Computaris Polish operation for its future development.
Asked about the appointment Michał said:"The new position at Computaris Polska is a very interesting challenge in which I see many opportunities to develop the new strategy for company and also develop my career further". Ian Tidder (CEO Computaris) added “Michał's in depth knowledge of all aspects of our business and of all our customers, together with his natural passion, make him the ideal person to implement Computaris's vision for our business in Poland and our whole Polish centre."

Computaris expands further - a new expertise center opens in Chisinau, Moldova
Computaris, consultancy specialist in system integration and software development for the mobile Telco industry in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, strengthens its competitive position on the market by opening a new expertise center in Chisinau, Moldova. This new facility complements Computaris offices in Romania and Poland and operates as an extension of the Expertise Center in Bucharest, leveraging the core Telco knowledge and quality assurance practices in place.

Computaris and LHS Systems extend collaboration
Computaris and LHS Systems will extend their collaboration with the supply of a further team of software specialists to support LHS's rapidly-growing business with additional engineering capacity. After an extensive training program on LHS's site in Frankfurt, the team will be permanently located at Computaris's Bucharest premises, where they will work on support and further development of LHS's highly successful BSCS iX postpaid and convergent billing product.

Orga Systems selects Computaris
Orga Systems has selected Computaris to support deployments of its prepaid and convergent billing products. The two companies have concluded a long-term framework agreement to govern the establishment and growth of a team based in Computaris's Bucharest competence centre. The team will specialise in integration and configuration of Orga Systems products including the flagship OPSC © Gold fully convergent billing system.

2006 Year-end results
Computaris CFO Dr John Wolstencroft today presented unaudited year-end
results for the calendar year 2006. Professional Services sales of
£4.4M (approx €6.6M, $8.6M) showed a year-on-year
increase of 29%. Dr Wolstencroft remarked "Following on from near 50%
growth in 2005, in 2006 we have not just increased sales but also
consolidated our position as a trusted provider of real-time telecoms
professional services. We have recently sold our first product - a specialist Diameter testing tool - to one of the big 5
GSM billing vendors, which further proves our experience in this space.
We made our target of 90 professionals by year end set out in January
2006. 2007 will be a year of consolidating relationships with several
new customers and expanding our value-added professional services and
product offerings which augment this approach".

Test Tool after a competitive evaluation process. The Diameter Test
Tool is based on open source test framework technology, using an
original Diameter implementation independent of any other
vendor’s Diameter stack. It is backed up by
