To achieve this, the board of directors of Computaris International Limited aspires to the highest professional standards.

Specifically, Computaris International Limited, while a private company, is committed to operating to the principles of the “UK Corporate Governance Code” of the Financial Reporting Council wherever appropriate. These are the corporate governance principles applied to stock-exchange listed companies in the UK.

In order to achieve this, Ian Tidder, Computaris CEO, was the first  to obtain his diploma with distinction in Company Direction at the UK Institute of Directors. As part of the continuous development proccess of the company’s corporate governance, all executive directors are working towards completing the diploma in 2010.
