We are proud to announce the completion of a massive recycling project in partnership with “Ateliere fara Frontiere“. The recycling included approximately 1 ton of electronic equipment from R Systems inventory in Bucharest.
The old or broken equipment included around 50 servers from our data center, devices from our data and storage rooms at our headquarters and hard disks. Part of the equipment collected was reconditioned for use by children in deprived communities who cannot access remote schooling in the current pandemic situation. R Systems is happy to take active part in social initiatives supporting education, as well environment protection, two of our main areas of corporate social responsibility.
