Computaris is the main partner of the Java conference within the online gathering of Codecamp 2020, taking place during September and October in a new virtual format.
Among the seven conference tracks including architecture design, DevOps, testing, methodology, .Net and front end, “The one with Java” is scheduled for September 29, between 13.00 – 20.00 EET. The participation is free, while Codecamp holds true to the promise of delivering content you would pay for.
Computaris is proud to be an event partner again and main sponsor of the Java track. Java is also our core technology expertise, with more than 75% of our projects using a combination of Java and other techs. We also have over 25 years of experience in successfully delivering over 1,000+ Java-based projects and a large pool of highly skilled and certified experts in varied roles: developers, business analysts, architects, project managers.

Our colleague Mihai Ionita will also deliver a presentation on the topic: “Modern developer experience, CI/CD workflows with Kubernetes, repeatable, in-cluster/cloud-native”. While there are many alternatives for cloud-native CI/CD workflows in the community, in the telecom industry, choosing the right technology is important to ensure a stable development baseline, for a longer period of time, able to provide the required stability and performance (tier 1, millions of end-customers, up-time in the high 9s, etc). Mihai will discuss about the current challenges are, with emphasis on testing, code-coverage (Jacoco), consolidated across many services and multiple parallel integration test environments and why Skaffold is a good addition – all in the context of Java being the programming language behind most of the projects scheduled to benefit from these CI/CD workflows.
On Tuesday, September 29, at 14.00-14.45 EET, we invite you to join us in exploring these modern development workflows and learn more of our insights from the telco industry.
