November 25, 2017. Galati, Romania. For the second consecutive year, R Systems Romania participated in the YouthSpeak Forum conference, organized by AIESEC, at “Dunarea de Jos” University in Galati.
200 students joined the Forum this year and had the opportunity to get in touch with representatives of major companies in Galati sharing from their professional experience and “Art of Business”.
Among the lineup of speakers, R Systems Program Manager George Butuc and Junior Software Engineers Alexandru Sandu and Cosmin Buruiana shared valuable insights about the company, its projects and the opportunities of starting and developing a career in R Systems. The R Systems workshop that followed gathered more than 30 students interested in the inside-out’s of a real-life software project. The participants took the roles of developers, testers, project managers and clients in developing a software application under the guidance of R Systems Project Manager Liviu Beldiman and technical mentors Adrian Taranu (Senior QA Engineer) and Corneliu Giurgiu (Subject Matter Expert).
R Systems was proud to support the event and happy to receive positive feedback from participating students who valued the experience as an opportunity for professional development.
