We are looking for experienced Support Engineer. Scope of duties except maintenance and development of mediation platform will also include close cooperation with business and internal client.

Here is what you will have to do:
  • Software development according to customer requirements
  • Programming and configuration MediationZone platform
  • Communication with the customer
  • Support customer in deployment, production and configuration
  • Monitoring, verification and fixing incidents and problems accruing on mediation platform
  • Systems monitoring and reacting for misfunctions
  • Close cooperation with business and implementation of selected operator orders
  • Diagnostics and optimization of processes and queries
  • Preparing documentation
  • Troubleshooting
  • Doing installations and tests on customer level
  • Working on system integration & networking tasks
  • Performing 24×7 on call duty on a rotating basis (available for on call and out of hours customer needs)
What you will need to succeed:
  • Experience in troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Java and SQL
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Ability to update the operational documentation of the system
  • Communicability, ability to work in a team
  • Very good communication skills
  • Experience in working for telecom operator as a plus
