Background and business context
The existing client portal was a classic web-based HTML based portal which had batch updates capability for order management / product updates customer service requests. This resulted in poor response and negative feedback from agents/customers.
- Create a responsive website on desktop and mobile to optimize SEO, branding and user journey on current website
- Review and evolve the brand identity and tone of voice within user experience
- Design for multiple devices
- Primary goal is to maximize sales conversion (at least 1 in 10) within the e-commerce site
